Today morning, stuck in traffic for 1 hour, I noticed a police landcruiser following the jam very patiently from Redhill to Westlands.

The van is GK A401G.

Looks like there are still a few cops out there who are willing to persevere with the public.

Would you still say the same if you were in a state of emergency and they were on their way to rescue you???

are you sure they were not looking for a victim to extort mullas for b/fast????
...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...

McReggae; do you have to pour cold water on good story?

Obviously, the van was not rushing to attend to an emergency and the good cops saw no reason to jump the queue.

Give credit where it's due.

My point is that we blame the police all the time for overlapping when it could be for emergency reasons!!!....when you say say give credit where ut's due, what will you say when they overlap you to attend to an emergency situation!!!!

Whenever possible, I get off the road for ambulances, even if the lights are off.

But cops (cash in transit, GK vehicles, etc), they seem to always have an emergency.

In real emergencies, these vehicles should put on their lights, in which case they have light of way.
