Not only upcountry clubs, even Ulinzi has moved the match against K'ogallo from Afraha to Nyayo citing security problems, it gives the fans a chance to watch theur team so I dont mind lakini main stand itakuwa empty, sisi sote russia!!!!

Ulinzi is an upcountry team. If your home ground is not in Nairobi then you are an upcountry team regardless of where u live or train.

marex.....upcountry simply means non-city dwellers, nothing to do with Nairobi!!!!!

Sasa if you categorise ulinzi as upcountry where will you place my other team- western stima who by virtu of their name you can pinpoint their location.
African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'
