Time and again I see adverts for plots in Kitengela Syokimau, Katani etc.
Would I be courting trouble calling up those guys to organise for viewing etc? are the chances of bumping into a conman 50/50?
What is your opinion Wazuans?
Thank you in advance.

All is fair in love and war.
Fair question, fair opportunity, vigilant due diligence; and all should be a-OK.

an interesting perspective....

Lets say the average price for 1/8 in Rongai is 500K and I want to shift the general pricing to about 800k. I devote some budget to put classified ads for 2 months, on different days and different contact numbers, with prices ranging from 800k to 1M. Keep changing the pricing, location and contacts randomly.

At the end, you can easily shift the market price of that area to 800k - after all how do you determine a fair price? you check what price people are buying/selling in the area.
