I think KPLC is now another KenyaRE,or kengen as long as the govt has majority shareholding the share will not be all that promising.

@selah KPLC has cars with blue number plates (duty free) and it currently receives concessional loans at ridiculously low interest rates. It can only have access to these things with G.O.K as a major shareholder so that it is considered a parastatal..

Otherwise @2012 is right about KPLC.. The share price will explode as a result of tarriff reviews in july set to boost revenues and profits through the roof
