medium term investment; 100% Equity.

long term investment; 60% Equity, 40% KCB

Equity is a very innovative bank with a unique growth model. KCB will be great when it achieves its efficiency targets

I guess that's just it, there's not much seperating the two is far as future prospects is concerned... nothing obvious at least.

Its like being asked to choose between two equally fly mamas... well, maybe not exactly... especially seeing that you have to pay if you want any 'returns'... he he he... smile

For me Equity. Though KCB might be ok, this Mckinsey thing is causing alot of fallouts & re-organisation is becoming more of a hard nut to crack. MOO & the chairman are already not in good terms coz of this.

Equity, Equity, Equity = Innovation = Above average ROE! But only when JM is at the helm. In his absence, i would join @QW in screaming buy, buy, buy KCB!

Which will be the most profitable bank FY 2011?

The truth is so near, you can cut the tension with a knife.

After debating for a whole year, i'm surprised people are so quite about this at this time.

Will it be Equity? will it be KCB? will BBK pull a Rabbit from the hat(like they did in Q3 2011)?

An investor will not benefit from yesterdays growth, so discussing 2011 profits/events is a waste of time, it's rather who will do well in 2012?

The charts/cartoons gives me an edge as a trader/Investor, like now I'm happy to keep cash in the near term until I see the index at 2950 or above 3200...and what fundamentals have changed for me to buy it at 305? After watching it stagnate at 255 all this weeks, all I know is WTK needs the cash, they can't afford to dish it out like that.

Ofcourse the charts help me to predict FUTURE price movements...that way I don't catch falling knifes...take sometime to learn charts.
