KIM sacco plots in Utawala

Hi all,
A buddy is interesting me in some sacco plots by Kenya Institute of Management KIM eti in Utawala near JKIA. They are goin for 170k for 1/4 acre.
Anybody with any details before i throw away my money!!

here is some information KIM has purchased a plot at katani near utawala they are sub-dividing it among their staff members each getting 1/8 of an acre for a cost of 170,000 interested staff members were to raise 50,000 by the 15th of may and the balance of 120,000 is payable before the end of july.

From your knowledge of the area,is the price of 170k for an 1/8 a bargain goin by the prevailing market price in the area? I am supposed to deposit money for two plots kesho n dont want to regret!

i have also not visited the area though i have put a deposit for 1 plot i was given the information by a fred who advised me that the area is okay

@mungaits can i reach you to talk about the KIM katani plots from 2009? I got two then through a Fred but I have not been there since. I am curious what the value is like now. our goals are best achieved indirectly

@mungaits many thanks, i have found this website to be extremely resourceful, someone should compile all the info into a book. I have been struggling to collect info on finances and investments but I have never come close to so much reliable info at ago. Kudos everyone for sharing your experiences. This is going to be my new social forum. our goals are best achieved indirectly

 GUYS, UTAWALA? 170K A QUARTER? may be there is another Utawala.......the one i know, 40x80 is 800k... u better visit the 'utawala' before u commit ur hard earned cash..... check the value for Tamarid Properties, which is beyond utawala and u will have a clue....its like saying a plot is along Mombasa rd, bu in real seance, its mombasa rd near Voi. ..desire to succeed is always fighting with fear of failure..
