Finance Minister Uhuru Kenyatta has shown that an 'Uhuru' Presidency would be people focused since he has for the first time in Kenya's history availed the budget estimates for public scrutiny.

To show that he regarded the views of Kenyans more than those of legislators he made the estimates available to eavh and everyone of the 38 million plus Kenyans within our borders and handed parliament only five copies of the estimates.

His presidency will surely be a people focused Presidency.

How will he lead us from prison? UK has other more important issues to sort first so for me he's a 'no go zone'.

BBI will solve it

What prison?
The reason why Ocampo is always laying accusations against Kenya is because he has run out of ideas since he has no evidence.
He is just buying time so that his term ends and he leaves the mess he has created to the one who will occupy his office once he is gone.
He has no evidence and even Judge Hans Peter Kaul knows this.
In his dissenting opinion he said Ocampo presented the same evidence he had at the beginning which means he has no evidence.
The government has not stopped him from coming to our country and he is still saying he is being prevented from conducting investigations.
There is no case.

You forgot to add that he goes on record as the only presidential aspirant who has ever presented the budget.

Maybe he'll be president of the human rights violators union at The Hague.

Then he can even present a budget there if he likes...spending on mkate, maji, uji, bail, conjugal visits etc....

Hilarious...Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

I was under the impression that the law requires him to avail them.

(2) The persons occupying the offices of Vice-President and
Deputy Prime Minister or holding a position in the Cabinet or as an
Assistant Minister immediately before the effective date shall continue
to serve in accordance with the former Constitution until the first general
elections held under this Constitution unless they vacate or are removed
from office in accordance with the former Constitution and the National
Accord and Reconciliation Act.

You are reading from hear-say law. It is the 'Cabinet Secretary' who is required to do the things you are talking about.

Uhuru Kenyatta is a 'Cabinet Minister'.

He was elected unlike a 'Cabinet Secretary'.

Everything else I consider hate speech for it is obvious who called for mass action.

It was not Uhuru.

@samsonobureLiar Liar Liar Liar
He was FORCED by the katiba! He was actually trying to avoid it. As for him being president, in my opinion he is VERY FAR behind in the list of my candidates, hata hayuko.

Sorry but I am not voting for anyone with unresolved issues. This country is too important to me and needs someone who can give it undivided attention. So Uhuru, Ruto and Mwau, poleni sana.

BBI will solve it

I respect people's opinions but it would be unfair to watch a member consistently misleading us. Were the estimates released ONLY on UK's FB page? Was that the sole source of the info? And what, pray tell, is wrong with that anyway? With the kind of hate, I would really love to see what sort of finance minister kularaha would make!! Im also patiently waiting for the day you will become objective. Meanwhile, pewa mbili na ulipe, masaa ni ya mututho.

Spot on @for sport. I also thought he has had to be arm twisted by parliament so as to comply with the law.
