Why the price dip even after an impressive Q1 2014 performance. Price now at rwf 285 from a high of Rwf 365.

The Bank reported Net Income of RwF4.9 billion in Q1 2014,an increase of 42.2% yoy

This is the norm at the Rwanda exchange. Come the period before end year announcement and BOK and Bralirwa excite the market and jump prematurely and after dividends they stabilize.

FY 2015 results
Net Income of frw 20.5 billion, an increase of 11.7% y-o-y
The board of directors proposes that the AGM approves payout of 40% of the banks net profit in respect of FY 2015. That’s rwf 8.2 billion. This translates to annual dividend of rwf 12.15 per share or an approximately 4.34% dividend yield based on the current share price of rwf 280.

The stock that gave me my second highest ever percentage gain return in stock trading at 217%.. Right after COOP which is my best performing all time % returns on investment, courtesy of Mwai Kibaki.. Im nostalgic. I must get me a few of BK especially since it's now cross listing at the NSE hence cutting down on the Kigali FX https://www.newtimes.co....tanding-bks-rights-issue

If i can imagine the gains i made in EABL,capital gains plus dividend gain.
