no one is addressing what @simonkabz has highlighted....but @simonkabz, if we seriously target impunity with total disregard to our tribal inclinations, then we can celebrate!!
Again, why is it that no one is yelling that Kenya is a sovereign state when akina HM are targeted for narcotics?
