best place to buy plots with 450K or 150K*3 (good appreciation in value)

I have 450K, I want to buy a single plot, or split the money to buy 3 plots at 150K.My aim is to sell them soon the value doubles and join University/do something else with the money. Where can i realize it so soon. Preferably area close to Nakuru or Nairobi.

Try kangundo road after Kamulu.There are plots there going at around that price
