its true we dont have power every other day and when you call them you are put on hold till you get pissed off and hug up. The other day, they installed those new prepaid metres in our house then it had 30 units, when the units were almost gone i went to buy a new token to recharge.... guess what, after queing for almost 30mins i am told that mine is not active and i have to call a certain number with my old a/c number to be activated then buy! NKT! bure kabisa hawa!
