On the contrary, in as much as Nakumatt will have a bigger store wherever Uchuni is, it does not have the Uchumi loyalty customers. That is what Uchumi will bring to the table. Nakumatt would gain much more if they took over. However, they should not be allowed to under the Monopolies and STh*** ( I forget) law. I Think Therefore I Am
