What is a workspace? Like the bench? On what floor of the building? Is there a window or is it a broom closet? What else goes on in the other benches - exhibition tables? Does the fee inlcude office equipment - lockable cabinet, phone/fax line, coffee percolator, photocopying machine? What use do you intend the renter carry on?

hahah Gordon I like your sense of humour.. Just call and I will direct you to come over and see for yourself the item you are buying, its state and what happens in other 'benches'..If it meets your needs we be good to go... The space is ideal for a small time tech savvy consultant with a laptop and his or her internet ... windows are many....fortunately there is no balcony

The workspace is taken. Internet is really changing things.If only it was made accessible and affordable to even rural areas
