Hello Wazuans,

I wish to request for your advice on a matter pertaining to the purchase of a house. I have currently identified 2 houses. Both are maisonettes. One is a much older one and cheaper by about 3M and the other is a new development. Both happen to be on leasehold land. Sadly i dont really know what the cons are with buying property on leasehold land. The houses in question are located within Sth B and its greater lands.

Fellow wazuans, your advice is highly welcome.

Leaseholds have no problems. Just check on the term of the lease and when it determines.
