Does anyone know the requirements for building approval at Mavoko Municpality for building at Syokimau?

1. Three copies of drawings (both architectural & structural) by a registered architect & structural engineer.
2. Copy of certificate of clearance of land rates.
3. Copy of title deed. If title is still in previous owners name, you must produce that title and prove of sale of land i.e. sale agreement and receipts of payment for the land.
4. Payment for approval process at the rate of kes. 75/sq meter of the proposed development.

These were the requirements 2 years ago. There could be additional ones, l dont know of
The laudable is more often than not rendered laughable by overclaim

It is a must to submit the stuctural drawing especially for a bungalow? What is a deed plan?

Sorry, just got it,...... Is a sketch showing the exact location, shape and measurement of a plot or parcel of land. ( i think most drawings will have it) Thanks alot Barrysmile
