what do you think of our property website? ideas on marketing the website?

We just launched a new property website http://oryxkenya.com. The aim is to create a one point property solution. How do i market the website effectively at low cost. Also, what other features plus what do you think of the appearance of the website. The website name is Oryx Kenya Property Guide.

Nice site. My comments:

1. Get your facts right. APARTMENT FOR SALE-NYAYO ESTATE has 8 units per block, not 10.
2. Unless you are selling the whole block, I want to know the exact block, the floor etc.
3. There are also other properties out of Nairobi. For Nairobi properties I can get the information elsewhere.

Good one though, Im sure you will get more material with time.

Thanks for the reply. I have allowed external users to post/advertise their properties on this site, meaning my role is just to administer the site so i may not be liable for errors of end user submitting incorrect info. My role is to manage a platform where users can rent or sell their properties.
