Ugandan scholar on conflict issues Dr David Matsanga says there are indications that some or all of the Ocampo Six will be detained at The Hague once they honour the summonses issued by the Pre-trial chamber last week, and formally served on them on Wednesday.

“I have stated publicly and I have indeed advised the government on this matter. They should not honour the summonses. They will be detained,” he added.

The scholar guy you are calling Dr.Masanga to me looks a senior propagandist.I have been seeing him at the bench in K24 being interviewed by Jeff.He is a Ugandan who used to be against Museveni by then he was supporting Kony.Later own made an about and started supporting M7.

these guys should know better.After listening to Ocampo one can almost tell Ocampo and ICC have already sealed the fate of these guys.Having alredy flouted some of the conditions purpotedly given to them ICC wont squadder that chance.Ningekuwa wao singeenda.AL Bashir si alikataa kwani

the best thing would be for the 6 to ignore the summons; the ICC will then issue arrest warrantas and the 6 become fugitives. That is best case scenarion for both Ocampo and his 6 suspects.Fugitive means ukipatikana unashikwa kama mwizi wa kuku - charles taylor sytle.

Woe unto that poor soul that follows that Ugandans' wisdom. That is what he must have advised his friend Joseph Kony.

By the way, where is the 'sovereignty' bunch? Why are they quiet about this? This Matsanga fellow is poking his nose too much into Kenyas' affairs yet he is merely Ugandan!
