hi all. land has been discussed here at lenght. location, price, viability, pros and cons, etc. but i have not seen discussion on land at and around kiserian.

now i have a buddy who is pulling me to go view an acre about 4 kilometres from kiserian town. am now seeking ANY information on kiserian land. kindly dump the info here even if you think it might be unhelpful coz it might turn out to be helpful to me.

thanks all in advance. information here is always helpful to those who've asked for it and to those who did not ask for it.

regards.

It is a good residential area. Plenty of water good fertile soils trees, clean air etc etc. Drawback - Land there is relatively expensive.

thanks guys. i know more info will be forthcoming. Papa, is the traffic heavy? meaning there are more people living those sides or what????

what appreciation/growth in land prices can be envisaged, say in a few years time??? will those sides ever bust like the sides of thika road?

Kiserian is after Rongai...or can be accessed also through longer route of Ngong...either way traffic is serious...but which area in Nairobi can you know say doesnt have traffic?
