gladie,I agree Michael and co should work on how to chose a number from one's softbook.

Next time just be a bit more careful,reversal are not supposed to be encouraged......case in point,a colleague of mine picked a lady from one these upmarket clubs...paid by Mpesa and then reversed the payment before tha lady could cash the money!!!!!

Pole sana.Did you try to call and negotiate with the wrong recipient to kindly return your cash?

@GG,

Service payments have a business number unlike individuals.So for these reversals should not apply.

Where does the prompt to confirm amount and number come from i.e is it Safcom or the Sim card.?If Safcom then it should be possible to match a name to the number as Njung'e said and this would be a good starting point.
