I have a situation regarding land my late brother bought from an agency - Geomax.
That was sometime in 2000.
He had completed the payments and all that was needed were funds to transfer the said property to my parent's name. For this they required a certain amount which was not in dispute.
The other day when we requested to view the property we were asked to pay 10k for this purpose.
Now I want to find out if this amount is proper .
