I intend to sell my beauty shop in Zimmerman. I have been managing it for the last 5 years and it is in a good location, near matatu stage with plenty of people traffic and the age set is ideal for beauty shop.

I am selling as a going-concern and it has 2011 NCC licence.

Reason for sale:
- It needs more attention but I am unable since I am busy with my other shop (which is still operating at 70% and I intend to fully focus and push it to 100% once I reliquish the Zimma shop).

Price for Partition, NCC license and existing good name = Kshs 85,000/-, excluding stock.
