Something here is amiss.

I have always wondered why despite Kibaki's pledge of zero tolerance on corruption so many scams happened under his watch. I always suspected maybe he was involved and benefited.

After the re-appointment of Ringera,I can now see that either he wants to cover up his involvement,or he and his men are planning one more mega-scam for retirement before 2012.

In all the scandals,despite the resignations and prosecutions,5 men have retained their positions untouched: Kibaki,Wako,Muthaura,Ringiera and Gicheru. I think this is really Kibaki's pentagon.
