Happy new year guys.Hope u great.
I and my friend are planning to start a small Accountancy consultancy firm to help us source and get some part time jobs like making returns to KRA. Just dont know the requirements and the way around it. We are both CPA graduates.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks.

you donot need a practising certificate from icpak to file tax returns (this are self assesment returns and anyone can file. you only need to market your proposition to ur client), you also donot need an icpak certificate to book keep; you do however need a certificate to audit
Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even the dull and the ignorant; they too have their story.
