They are past Makongeni Estate - There is a junction on the right and you will go inside approx. 3 - 4 km. No developments on the land though they claim it will be controlled development. There is a shorter route opposite Mangu High School to the land though the road condition is not the best.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

The land is owned by Kamuthi Farmers Sacco but they are in the processes of re-branding. Their new name will be Kamuthi building Sacco/Society. They are the ones who sold the land next to Kahawa West - Maziwa, and they have sued The City Council over the land on which Kahawa West Estate is built. They sold part of the land to the City Council but the city council annexed 80 acres more... etc.

Not immediate. I managed to squeeze myself in as a member - they suspended recruitment of new members indefinitely - and booked for the plots at a ridiculously low amount. So I don't really mind how long it will take for the place to open up. The balloting for plots is yet to be done but they set aside part of the land for sale to non-members and any interested members. For buyers, there is no balloting. You choose the one you want.

Do you want to buy from the market?

@African Coloner - Yeah. That's the actual price for a 40 * 80 commercial plot. If you trust the guys [harmventures] then you can go ahead and deal with them because that is the going price even if you buy directly from the Sacco. If you are interested though, I can hook you up with someone at the their offices plus if you deal with them directly you can pay in installments.

@mnjoro - Commercial - 40 * 80 400k; Residential 50 * 100 - 300k; There are guys who participated in the first ballot and some of them are selling theirs at a lower price [residential] - but no title yet. Check your mail. If you have further queries we can communicate through email.

@maichblack, do the area have potential since 400k is alot invest in a place without any returns or potential, do you have any history of harmventures and are they reliable? i was told the plots have titles, is that case?
