I just want someone to explain to me what the heck this woman was on about when talking about Ruto?

She was on about Ruto hiding something, and if he shows it, she will like it etc etc...it was almost sexual in nature...but I'm not sure.

Heeey, i just watched that 'bulls eye' and seriously, that lady needs alot of PR refresher courses.... thats not how you talk in public... she may have meant well, but left a lot of interpretation to be done..... I think she is hopelessly trying some "vitendawili" of sorts like RAO.....
