Looking to lease office space in Westlands - preferably residential that can be (legally) used as an office space - max rent 40-45k - must be spacious - at least a one bedroomed house.
Preferably in a compound of a few units - not crowded. Must be within 5-7 km of Westlands round about. Looking at commitment in the next one week (i.e. 3 months deposit) but occupancy from 1st April.

Looking for similar office space as indicated above in westlands. Kindly let me know if there are any available upto 1000 sq feet.
