Henry Kosgey steps aside

Kosgey has offered to "step down" - pending determination of his corruption case. This thing of stepping down has become the norm in kenya - and the guys dont seem to mind since they still get half their ministerial salo and full MP salo.

Did I hear that Henry Kosgey is now a free man after acquittal? back to Industrialization ministry...may have to leave ODM chairmanship...
