I saw a furnished 3 bedroom house for sale @ www.bestdealskenya.com at an unbelievable price tag of kshs 2.7M. They also have another 3 bedroomed bungalow that looked like the ones being done by ecohomes for 3M. Both units are in Utawala. Qns is aren't these figures rather low for these houses?
When we wake up in the morning, we have two simple choices. Go back to sleep and dream, or wake up and chase those dreams. The choice is yours! .

5 years ago, land in utawala was going for less than 100k. if a guy bough at that time, and used 1.5m to put up the building in question, he is now making a cool 100% also saw another house selling for 2.2m, same size, same area, early last year.
It is humiliating to be associated with thieves and murderers.

The cheaper one is semi-finished (Outer walls and perimeter fence).
