Parliament is once again acting in contempt of the people of Kenya! Only Martha Karua stood to be counted for the IDPs and the people of Kenya who are solidly behind ICC. Pulling out of icc doesnt stop the ICC from prosecuting suspects. Sudan and Bashir is a good example.
