Officially know as Luis Moreno Ocampo. He was born and raised in Buenos Aires Argentina. Academically, Ocampa earned his cutting,razor sharp impeccability in the University of Buenos Aires law school.
There after,he worked in Argentina combating corruption and prosecuting human rights abuses in Argentina.

He first came to public attention in 1985 as assistant prosecutor in the cases including; 'trial of the luntas' and the 'falklands war'.

As an outstanding lawyer, he defended Diego Maradona and former economics minister Domigo Cavallo.

Just to prove his flawless and irreprochable ability in law,he served in Harvard University and Stanford University as a Professor in criminal law.

Ocampo,more so has been a board member and former president of the latin American division.

His accountability also earned him a position in the famous Transparency International and he now stands as a consultant to the World bank,Inter American Development Bank and the head of them all-United Nations.Of course to sum it all, he was elected as the ICC prosecutor on 16th June 2003.

Nevertheless, no succesful man of Ocampo's caliber would evade the Y chromosome's induced career turbulance as in 2006 October,a media spokesman in the prosecutors office filed an internal complaint accusing our one and only Moreno Ocampo for sexual misconduct. Lucky enough,Ocampo was found innocent by a panel of three ICC judges.

The question therefore, will Ocampo fully convince the 9 judges in the Hague namely the pre-trial division, trial division and finaly the appeal division as far as Kenyan PEV is concerned? What challenges will he face?
