I would like to request your attention on avery prime estate coming up.. along Thika road opposite kenyatta road(the road that goes to Gatundu).

I have two plots adjacent to each other measuring 40by 80 selling at 1.8 m each.
The plots are 500m from the highway.

May i point to you that Nakummat has already acquired land in this estate ,and they are planning to put up a mega shopping mall,to replace the demolished nakummat thika road.
As usual these properties are mine and there is no broker or agent involved.
