This is the way to go. Not a blanket overcharging of all clients to cover for the failure of banks to do homework on their customers before on-boarding. Wacha cartels na brigade ya 'sky-is-falling' wabaki hapo na theories zao. I think this is a good development. Banks finally doing the work of identifying, and rewarding, good borrowers; rather than just sitting on their backsides and rolling the dice of high risk consumption credit. If they had listened to this counsel years ago we would not have the interest cap maneno today. Now they should do the same for SME's "The opposite of a correct statement is a false statement. But the opposite of a profound truth may well be another profound truth." (Niels Bohr)

Wacha cartels na brigade ya 'sky-is-falling' wabaki hapo na theories zao. On behalf of the brigade we accepted and moved on and recouped our losses in other investments all the way to the bank. Money never sleeps

A study wasn't needed to determine the effects of the rate cap law. The simple indicators of job cuts, rising inflation, bank branch closures, depressed real estate uptake, M&As;would be enough proof that shit has hit the fan HF 30,000 ABP 3.49; KQ 414,100 ABP 7.92; MTN 23,800 ABP 6.45
