Catherine Openda owns the company. Pamba already had the questions. It was a set up to ' finish' UMK!

He did call a bunch of politicians watermelons, guess he doesn't know that is kaloosers nickname.

Not necessarily, and again it is extremely hard to tell between propaganda and the truth. Not everything is propaganda. So far, nobody has disputed the alleged ownership structure. Doesn't hurt to believe it even if for a few days smile

I am sure someone will obtain the details from the registrar of companies by the end of the day. I would be shocked if K24 failed to notice such a glaring blunder.

ION, Baba has received a very warm welcome in Runyenjes. Like I keep saying, they do not have to vote for him. But the fact that they are willing to sit and listen calmly to Raila is a big score for our growing democracy.

Yesnyewe Uhuru really messed up by not showing up last night. I wonder who advised him on this? If he losses this election, this will be traced to the day he showed the middle finger to Kenyans. I hope he does.

RAO on the other hand finally got his chance to look Presidential and really showed his statesmanship credentials. He even gave up easy opportunities to really hammer an absent Uhuru (I felt his take on corruption was rather tepid). But who can forget his spirited defense of both himself and Uhuru from the accusation that their families have captured Kenyan politics?

In my opinion his many miscues and problem with lighting actually humanized him, especially when he explained the genesis of his poor eyesight - detention. The Raila ogre that Jubilee have been desperately trying to paint was slain last night.

Will this turn the tide? I am doubtful. I still can't see RAO's path to dislodging the GEMA/Kalenjin voting juggernaut. But I believe he will come out of this competition the better man and his future as a respected senior statesman is largely made.

This is ok with me.smile

I don't understand this issue about who owns Debate Kenya.

Ati Uhuru would have gone to the slaughter house of SK Macharia. I think Murchr yesterday I said that this will be your fall back position if Uhuru runs away from Raila. Which he did.

The ownership of the company doesn't matter. I have seen Ruto galavanting around the Citizen News studios owned by Macharia. I have seen Uhuru talking to some fellas on KTN owned by Kanu and who knows who else.

If the issue of ownership of the company is that important, then tell Uhuru to only stick to K24.

A president who is scared of going to where his opposition resides is acting like a coward.

Some of these arguments are really really amazing to read.

I did not go because the company is owned by xxxxx. Wow. It's like the jaruo shoeshiner who says that he can only bank at Standard Chartered because Equity is owned by a Kikuyu.

Aiiii...Assiiii.

He ran away.

Excuses don't matter to anyone other than the people who were going to vote for him anyway.

Sad Sad What do you understand by non-Kalenjin?. Are Kikuyus Kalenjins?. I put it so because Mandago is against the other tribes. As an example, he has refused to back Turbo's jubilee candidate, a Mr. Okwara by virtual of his tribe. Do you get it?Pray

On alshabbad he said it is is him and kibaki who sent troops to somalia and now wants them to be withdrawn and stationed at the kenyan border. Wont all the liberated territories fall back to alshabab. Will Kenya be safer with the terrorists occupying territory upto the kenyan border?

On this I'm with baba 100%. The servants of Satan, Al-Shetanis, may not be controlled easily from occupation.

The invasion method has failed. It could work better in totalitarian regimes like Ethiopia.

AMISOM can use other countries that don't share a border and are far away like Ghana

My fren, this is something that needs to be welded into Kenyans by the welder himself. Other than the Troop Contributing Countries that have already sent troops to Som, none other is willing to risk the same, 10 years down the line since the creation of AMISOM.

We are in this alone, let no one lie to you that scrambling our troops back to the border will guarantee us any peace.

And yes, AS can be defeated or largely weakened, if the world (UN) takes up the rich, heavily populated and highly productive JUBA RIVER CORRIDOR, the last remaining bastion of the cowards and their Shura Council. Capturing large towns like Jilib, Jamaame, Buaale, Saakow, Salagle will severely weaken the terror army and their underage fighters.

Ok. This one I have to go with your explanation for obvious reasons

Relax. It's nothing. Mandago and a cabal of current MCAs want to maintain the status quo. Nandis are squarely behind Mandago. Keiyos, who are a minority, backed by non-Kalenjins, are backing Buzeki. It's a case of evil versus good but it will be over soon.

I understand why UK did not show up, as an incumbent it's never a good idea to debate your opponents unless you are guaranteed of a win like M7. I still think UK would have done well enough to sway some undecided his way.
All-in-all, the verdict will be on 8th August. May the best man win.

True, i really liked the way Raira handled the "kimundu" e.t.c with humor, lik a gentleman, a conciliatory approach unlike the boring, humorless odomos in wazua who whine and yell to admin about such simple jokes, he copied Uhuru charming style and maybe outdid him, very competently erasing a lot of the Raira phobia which makes people wake up at 6am to vote against him. He even painted the Kenyattas as the ones who eat with family members in garment and his family keeps off, wah! No need arguing that this was a major coup for Raira, he did very well, he was lucky, i congratulate him. Applause

much .. you think this will go unnoticed, congratulations to you too.this is the Kenya we want after 8.8 17.

Surely is there anything that baba said to deserve any accolades? Can someone list the things he said he would do that make him deserve to be elected president.
1.
2.
3.
4....

This was a Q&A, he answered all questions asked and very articulately. I put the blame on the questionnaire, it was very unprofessional and was meant more for witch hunt than to get what he would accomplish as president. I commend him for not taking an offensive or defensive stand. He could have said very nasty things about Jubilee but he chose a diplomatic and gentlemanly approach I guess because he knew there's a group of undecided from the GEMA community too.

BBI will solve it

Yaani our President was being taken to the slaughter live live.

I was hoping this won't make it here. The doc is fake. Debate media ltd was formed in 2012. It's a consortium of all media houses.

Mainstream media will hit back hard. It's worth pointing out that this forgery is being posted by unknown guys in the TLs of jubilee bloggers. The likes of Itumbi and Pauline are not commenting on it since they know.

Why did the media keep advertising that the President would show up?

Interesting because Joe Ageyo is current employed by NASA in the PR team.

Precisely. And Linus at some not distant past vied for an elective post some place in Kilgoris on an ODM ticket.

Uhuru was clever not to attend. I would have done the same thing.

Sigh...

Is it really true he vied on an ODM ticket?

Yes.

C&P

".......Linus Kaikai was an ODM candidate in 2007 for the Kilgoris parliamentary nomination, today, he is part of this media house and organizers of the debate and Joe Ageyo is a beneficiary of the Jaramogi Odinga Foundation scholarship to study in Norway on climate change".

No wonder he kept calling him Joe, Joe,Joe to remind the lad "they are one"

One more thing the Double Joes kept talking to each other without switching of Mics which showed they were jumping questions for Baba.
Raila failed and Media failed.

Compare the Raila that was debating last night 24/7/2017 and Raila that was campaigning Tuesday 25/07/2017!!!Liar Liar Liar

Hoog, Messi does not stammer...he scores goals
Hoog, Messi does not Wonder he score goals
Hoog, Messi does not meander he score goals
Hoog, Messi does not tell lies, he tells truth by scoring goals
Hoog, Messi does not call all referees Joe, he call each by his name and score goals
Hoog, Messi does not blame wind, light, etc during play, he score goals
Hoog, Messi plays upper league to gain not lower league and score goals
Hoog, Messi does not enter field programmed...he takes his own game and scores
Hoog, Messi does not tire even before 30 minutes of play and looks for a bench to sit, he plays full match and score

Raila failed totally, it was not a debate by the way, what he said fits an MCA not a President.
