Sorry to disappoint but Baba wants a big a govt like the nusu mkeka days. Mind you Kenya has never recovered from that, the wage bill is exploding. That's why the Starehe MP wants civil servants to retire at 50 so as to accommodate more politicians. Question is we know he is someones dog, so who is he barking for?
