The DPP has been speaking heavy english and using big words....in swahili, this characteristic is known as "Kizungu mingi". From experience,People who are fond of Kizungu mingi are usually overated and achieve less. However, with the speed the DPP has moved with these cases, there is a glimmer of hope that perhaps ....yes perhaps, these poorly educated thieves will be punished. Anyway, the World Cup is around the corner and knowing Kenyan's short memories and amnesia, this issues will be forgotten quickly. If I was govt. I would fund all tv stations to air the world cup for free.
