the number 1's on above form look like 7's when recording results...then when recording dates they are properly written. Dida and Nyagah can assert that their results from this polling station are 7 votes.

Are the clerks still taught how to write proper numerics????

If it's 48% then Uhuru gets 90% support that's about 8.1M for JP

CORRECTION.... Turnout estimated at 9.4 million voters assuming total registered voters = 19.69 million

that's good considering Babu Riek Kony has always claimed "majority of Kenyans"...

He would have proved right if 20k+ polling stations did not open.
