Have we forgotten this is the same commision where an unsigned propaganda letter was uploaded using the official twitter handle of IEBC. For those with short memories, the letter was purpotedly written by 5 commisioners denouncing their chairman. Two of those commisioners would later denounce the letter denouncing the chairman.

Isn't this the same commision where 9,000 transactions were done using a password created in the chairman's name behind his back ? And isn't it the same place where the chairman attempted to fure the head of ICT and his thuggish assistants only for Chirobber to tell them to stay put.

WSR wasn't mincing his words when he said Chiloba has to oversee the election "mpende msipende".

WAY FORWARD

1. Sign the election ammendment bill into law.
2. Alternatively appoint Pauline Njoroge to replace Akombe.
3. If Chebukati resigns, Wahome Thuku can replace him.
4. Lets have Uhuru's birthday party on 26th.
5. Thereafter appoint Chiloba to cabinet because nobody outside jubilee can ever hire him.

Why hasn't Uhuru signed the bill? Very strange...

This could be tactical! Uhuru has 14 days within which to append signature. These are yet to lapse. If signed now, there will be an avalanche of court cases and noises from many quarters....remember the statement by the diplomats cautioning on the timing of changing electoral laws?
