Sudan - What a Stone Age Country!!???

A woman in Sudan has been sentenced to death for marrying a Christian - and thereby 'abandoning Islam'!

And it get's worse!!! The woman has also been sentenced to 100 lashes for adultery!!! Reasoning? Apparently her marriage to her husband is invalid because he is a Christian and therefore they have been in an adulterous relationship.

And the woman is pregnant!!

The plan: Let her give birth, nurse for two years, give her 100 lashes and finally hand her!

And you think it can't get worse?? Well, it does!!! The woman has actually never been a Muslim. She was raised by her Christian mother because her Muslim father left them when she was still a kid. Her mother is not even Sudanese! She's Ethiopian!!! But the Sudanese categorizes her as a Muslim - by force - just because her father was Muslim!!

What stone age reasoning is this? What is the IQ level of the people who drafted their constitution?

Despite all our problems, I am actually very proud to be a Kenyan. I can't imagine being a citizen of some countries!!!

Sentenced to Death for Apostacy

@guru you've done very well last evening. I'm so impressed at what you've educated the Wazuans. It's true God told us in the Quran you're are the best of all ummats (umati in Swa) because you enjoin good and forbid evil and you believe in God.

So with all these negative accusations against Islam, our job is to take part in dawah. Give time every day for taalim. This is a sunnah of the prophet's message. Do shura and spend time learning and teaching. I've joined my masjid near me, i try to go as much as possible. With my sleeping bag and mosquito net, my group and I went for shura with jamaat for 3 days to another far masjid to spend there with other muslims until sunday. This is our contribution to Allah's deen. This is the least we can do.

You cannot remove darkness by beating the darkness. Introduce light no matter how small and the darkness will decrease. If you increase the light darkness will begin disappearing until there will be no trace of darkness. This is success. But we cannot get success by just wishing for success. We have to struggle as we struggle in our businesses and jobs.

Taalim is light. Dhikr is light. Quraan recitation is light. Salat is light. Giving sadaqah is light. Talking about Allah and the rasul is light. Teaching duas is light. Practicing the sunnah is light.

If we introduce these lights in our lives in the midst of kufaar (google it means unbelievers) darkness the darkness will decrease. Now it depends on how steadfast we are, how much effort we put in, that will determine whether the enemies plans sink or not. Most important is we make dua to Almighty God.

May God accept us to serve His deen and bring light into the darkness of our ummat. Ameen!

@AlphDoti, is it possible for a non Muslim to appreciate your above post(s) without necessarily being a Muslim? That is, is truth independent of Islam, and accessible to all who care?

Please educate me, from your comment(herein below) do the names mentioned monkey/malaya/whore/fake/shosho also apply to @guru who's been calling people monkeys and baboons? Or are they just reserved for non-muslims?

@ Clownphadoti... the Holy Spirit helps us to understand what God’s word means and how to apply it in our lives.

OK That aside, be kind and give us the correct interpretation because I got that one from someone in nigeria. Failure to do so would mean that the interpretation is correct and you find it difficult to digest.smile

@kysse now you are calling me a clown? You won't feel good if I called you monkey (doing monkey business) or malaya or whore or fake or shosho, will you? So please be sober, you are a lady and abuses should not come from your "mouth" (fingers).
We always tell @impunity to respect the ladies.

All I did was remind you to use the Holy spirit to apply wisdom not to slander or lie or copy mockery things from Internet, and not bear false witness.

About your question, @muganda already answered. Unless you didn't read this before posting what you got from Internet? The girls in the video are reciting the first verse of the Quran. And from the interview, one said she was a Christian and had converted, and the other said she was a Muslim.

IMPORTANT: This is against Islam, which says there is no compulsion in religion. Boko Haram are doing criminal acts.

I hope that clears the air?

@Alph, please dont bring my name in your discussion with @kysse, I am not of her class and would never ever want to be.
Please since you consider her a whore, enjoy her whoreness in peace, I beg the two of you.

Islam is truth. There cannot be any truth aside from Islam. This is why all prophets including Jesus (peace be upon them all) were all Muslims.

The assertion that Islam is truth, can't be the answer to the question asked @AlphDoti. The question is on the 'communicability' of this truth and the conditions for such a communication.

So I will kindly ask you to re-read my post if you can.

You asked two questions:
1. It's my intention that a non-Muslim appreciates. The question would be whether you appreciate.
2. I already answered that one, Islam is truth itself and accessible to all. Islam is the system and a Muslim is the one who follows that system. if yiu apreciate that God neing the Designer of designers, you will rwalize He has given us a sustem on hiw to live on the planet. This is why all prophets including Jesus (peace be upon them all) were all Muslims. They were sent by same God with the same message.
