Why does this make me remember Adolf Hitler's late 1930s overrunning of weaker states in Europe?

Imagine ODM organizing demonstrations in Uhuru park against the duly elected Jubilee.
Then US senators, ministers from Germany etc come to that Uhuru park to motivate the demonstrators ,,,,,,,,,

I find the move by Putin very starnge. He is precipitating a crisis whose first casualty will be energy costs, and shaky financial markets in his own country! Most Russian oligarchs who call the shots in the economy live in serene upmarket addresses in the EU, and Putin needs them to both trust his judgement and to believe he is good for their big money in Moscow. This incursion into Ukraine does the complete opposite......what does he think he will achieve with it???? ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".

Shida ya Putin is that he has not moved on after the collapse of USSR.As NATo is growing with the Ukraine moving towards it, inamwasha sana and reminds him of Warsaw pact. If you stay ready, no need to get ready.

Putin hana shida, we also invaded somalia. I don't think he has interest in the whole country but a part that is of military significance to Russia. even if sanctions are imposed, the west will not touch on areas that will affect their economies

US department of energy 2012 statistics: http://www.eia.gov/countries/index.cfm?topL=imp
Major Oil exporters (Thousand Barrels per Day) Country Exports 1 Saudi Arabia 8,865 2 Russia 7,201 3 UAE 2,595 4 Kuwait 2,414 5 Nigeria 2,254 6 Iraq 2,235 7 Iran 1,880 8 Angola 1,738 9 Venezuela 1,712 10 Norway 1,684 11 Canada 1,576 Tell me how you can bridge that gap provided by Russia without crashing economies? Major Oil importers (Thousand Barrels per Day) Country Imports 1 US 7,386 2 China 5,904 3 Japan 4,591 4 India 2,632 5 Korea, South 2,240 6 Germany 2,219 7 France 1,668 8 Singapore 1,360 See who buys most and then think again.... Its true that US does not import any oil from Russia, but what about the other top guys in the list above? I have highlighted the exports by Iran. recall what happened to oil prices when sanctions were impossed on Iran in 2012/2013 and compare their contribution to that of Russia to the global market. Now look at production.... Country Production 1 Saudi Arabia 11,726 2 United States 11,105 3 Russia 10,397 4 China 4,372 5 Canada 3,856 6 Iran 3,589 7 UAE 3,213 8 Iraq 2,987 9 Mexico 2,936 10 Kuwait 2,797 11 Brazil 2,652 12 Nigeria 2,524 13 Venezuela 2,489 14 Norway 1,902 15 Algeria 1,875 The top 8 importers (US, China, Japan,India, Korea South, Germany, France, Singapore) can not produce enough for them selves and they cumulatively imported 28,000 Thousand Barrels per Day in 2012, four times what Russia exported then. By 2013 Russia has eclipsed Saudia as the largest oil producer and exporter.... so there is so much at stake here, not just for the Russians but also for the major economies of the world. And remember they sneeze we cough. The gas equation is even worse!!!! When I have money, I get rid of it quickly, lest it find a way into my heart.
