If that man ever becomes my reference!!!!
Its quite interesting how you and some CORD fellows now want to know who fixed Ruto yet a couple of months ago you were seemed sure that the evidence against him was concrete enough for a conviction......sasa unakubali he was fixed? I really can't wait for UK's case to start, i hope it doesn't get deferred. I would want to hear who fixed him now that we've established there was "fixing".
Btw Khan has not said its true or not, infact he doesn't even want to be caught in the middle of all the hullabaloo on who fixed who........he was Muthaura's lawyer remember, the guy probably knows more about the case than his own client!
“There’s no cause to apologise. As a Queen’s Counsel, I know my responsibility. In due course, it will of course be for the independent, impartial and experienced judges of the ICC to determine the merit of defence submissions and to evaluate the evidence presented by the parties appearing before it...It is not appropriate to engage in collateral litigation through the press. All should allow the ICC the space to do its job. If that is done, we are confident that justice will be done."
