SIAYA county government has allocated Sh3.6 million for the Friday swearing-in-ceremony of governor-elect Cornel Rasanga. After the swearing in session, guests will be invited to three separate luncheons: one at Rasanga's home in Segere, a second at the late Amoth Owira's home and a third at Siaya Institute of Technology. - See more at: http://www.the-star.co.k...h.e3vWzMPx.NmiHnySU.dpuf

You will soon see a "citizen/voter" go to court for interpretation on whether they are fit to hold public office. Like it happened for Waititu. That will be the real punishment.
