Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

By the way, how comes RAO doesn't seem to have former classmates??? All senior people/politicians have people who are known to have been their classmates at Alliance, Mangu, Makerere etc. And you will see these people on tv stating "Kibaki was my classmate at...", "When we were at Nairobi University, Kalonzo Musyoka...", "When we were in campus with James Orengo..."

No one seems to have gone to Campus with Raila. Or even High School for that matter!!! This is very telling!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
