I pity those CORDeshians who were waving US flags at Nyayo stadium final presidential rally as if Kenya is a part of the US. His not coming here will really hurt them as they were doing it for him!

watalilia kwa choo.

The last sitting US president to visit Kenya was in 1901 but we are still ahead of the pack! No big DEAL.

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Lol, so you bought that Itumbi rumour.....the 1st sitting American president to visit Africa was in 1943.....and that country was not Kenya!!!!

Ukweli na usemwe....angekuja sisi wanaJubilee tungekuwa migongo wazi thumbing our chests on how he has acknowledged and realised Kenya is strategic for the US infact more important..

Nways.. the guy doesn't give a hoot.. lets just accept(his visit would have been relavant, but now that its not, it doesn't matter) and move on...Donge?

@ Maka......I think you need to read this ARTICLE on the U.S. trade deficit with China. You'll realize that they actually need the Chinese more than Kenya

Before you visit both countries, you might not be able to understand who need who, but China need USA more than USA need China but you wouldn't know that.

(fun fact) apparently Kenya has never been visited by a sitting US president... the last one to visit this area code was Theodore Roosevelt in 1909 (104 years ago) on a hunting expedition which resulted in the killing of over 500 animals of which 11 of them were elephants, 17 lions and 20 rhinos ....fancy that!

What would be the implication of a visit of the US president?

Reminds me of when he congratulated Uhuru, si tulisikia the jubilated noise and chest thumping......now he doesn't matter.
