Of what great significance are these economic criminals to this nation? How do u ban the sale of Scrap metal in a busy metropolitan city like Nairobi, and how do u intend to dispose of scrap metal if we cant even dump other forms of waste? This industry supports thousands of poor families and it helps the city clean up. If there are people who are vandalizing council property, the Governor must find a way to catch them, not killing an entire industry. ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".

Sure many wazuans live in Mars, Who doesn't know that scrap metal forms the back borne of "juakali industry"? The good governor in my opinion, woula have made legislation concerning how scrap metal needs to be disposed, penalties to the buyer and seller if found contravening this legislation, have thecounty assembly debate it then append his signature on it. That's a clever governor of thisgeneration acting according to the law. Not resorting to roadside orders. ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".
