Do you think he'll retain the title of "President-Elect"? Like my teacher used to say: "Think! It's not illegal" Thank you, I'm not as clever as you. Its good to see clarity prevail, looks like Madame Admin's kiboko has made us all a little more logical. Onto other exciting stuff: I noticed there are just 17 junks from the previous govt who got re-elected and now have to resign their positions before being sworn in to new elected offices. How many Ministers and Assistant Ministers did we have in total? 42 Mini-stars 45 ASS-sistants (or thereabout) Portfolio: Sold You know you've made it when you get a parking space for your yatcht.

Should the P-elect use the Airforce 1 or not? What does the Assumption of Power Act say?
This is very interesting...what does it say? Where are our legal members who can copy paste here for us laymen?? As president elect, his security is now a priority in national security, the state therefore provides for his security and safety, meaning Air Kenya and the likes, which are inspected and managed by private entities will not meet security standards. Why should a President Elect of Kenya travel by public means? What would happen to Kenya if something happened to him in a public transport? Who will be responsible for the possible mess that will arise? Think along those lines and you will see that traveling in an Air force jet is nothing to politicize. So we do have Airforce 1??? Air force jet...where are you getting the "1" from? Check Shotgun's post in the quotation! We dont have Airforce 1 in Kenya, we have airforce jets/presidential jets for that matter. People think anything the president flies is Airfoce 1!!! My polite way of saying the same!!!! ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".

Does anyone have a listing of counties by percentage turnout for the presidentoal tally? Even if not all but at least the top 5. All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.

Will they be able to hold themselves?
