It's truly amazing how we expect change, yet when the facts are given we bash the person giving these facts...the truth always hurts!!!!! deal with it Problems can get out of proportion, and not only in the wee small hours. I am told NSSF stopped Tenant Purchase Scheme for the Nyayo Embakasi houses and nwdays they tell people to go to the bank for mortgage or pay cash. They will be required to apply for a loan from the bank or pay in cash to clear, about reliability? please confirm this with NSSF (I am not on the ground am simply talking to my contacts in the country who are giving me this feedback).

Most banks will normaly finance 85% of the value of the propery you are buying.1M is 16% so i think you would qualify but you will also need more cash to pay other legal costs like stamp duty etc. Who knows when this houses will be ready? Has the water problem been sorted? I am seeing the earlist may be just before Christmas!! The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.
