The correct Tally is iebc and they are at 40% of a normal distribution, this will be the trend, till the full count. In any case, the total ballots were first counted and the totals sent to hq,they are the only ones who can give the balance, tyranny of tribes haifanyi with balance. It will be jubilee +or - 2% of 52%. Ras Kienyeji Man
