Gunners keep marching on. Blues could only manage a draw with spurs, torrid time for them. Fools going down down. Money city seem to hav run out of steam. Advantage man u.

Chelsea vs Spurs - Slim win for Chelsea (must win to pip Spurs/Arsenal to 4th)
Liverpoll vs Wigan - Moderate win for the Kop (bounce back from QPR disappointment)
Arsenal vs Villa - Moderate win for Arsenal (confidence is high for gooners)
Stoke vs City - Draw (at least I hope,Stoke are hard to beat)
Man Utd vs Fulham - Moderate win for Utd (run in experience)

I did not see the moderate win but i saw a fantastic free kick from Arteta.

Man u won it albeit Fulham being denied a last minute stone wall penalty, even Fergie acknowledged they were lucky on the penalty claim. Or is it that the piper has been paid. Am sure the blue half of Manchester is fuming. How such a decision wil affect the race is anyone's guess.

@Marty, stonewall...nope, debatable, yes......infact Jol said the ref have been feeling some pressure for not awarding united a penalty in 1st half from the handball in the 1st half!!

....we sit on top of the log 3 pts clear of our noisy neighbours, GGMU!!!

They must have changed the meaning of superior the last time I checked in the dictionary if superior = 3Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly
Superior is Madrid with 69,Barca with 62 and 3rd placed Valencia with a GD of 9!!!Now that's superior.

Anyway, semantics. As long as we have a 4 point cushion ahead of the trip to Etihad, that's probably all it will take to retain the title. And who said City are unbeatable at home? With the current form of Valencia,I wouldn't put anything past a win,but a draw would suit us just fine if status quo remains.
The penalty was debatable but not stone wall, and yes,United were silly to have put themselves in that situation,we should have finished the game off with all those clear cut chances, the finishing was pathetic!

I was spot on the Stoke-City match, what a goal from Crouch, contender for goal of the season.Stole are hard to beat and proved exactly that. As for moderate gooner win, well it turned out to be a big win,Sceszeny had no save to make all day!!!

King Kenny is surely not the guy to take the Kop to the promised land if he can blame fatigue for a loss to Wigan at home, that's why you reshuffle teams who are playing in many competitions!

Spurs now look likelier to pip Chelsea to CL spot, hope they can win FA coz Di Matteo has done some good work there.

Next up Champions league football

I agree with what most coaches and players think on the matter - those things tend to even out during the season. Newcastle should have never gotten that penalty at OT that led to a one all draw and Stoke should have gotten a penalty for that challenge by Gareth Barry in their draw with City. Vieira ni nyef nyef coz he can see City slipping and is trying mind games - but we all know who's the undisputed king of that.8 games to go

Villa vs Chelsea - Draw (Di Matteo will have one eye on the CL return on Tue and Villa will be looking to bounce back from that awful display at The Emirates)
Man City vs Sunderland - Slim City win (Nkt is all I can say,but if Sunderland can pull off a draw I'll drink to that at the Mbuzi:))
QPR vs Arsenal - Draw (QPR are fighting for their lives)
Newcastle vs Liverpool - Slim win for The Magpies (The Kop are just awful!)
Spurs vs Swansea - Win for Spurs (They've rediscovered form after FA quarters)
Blackburn vs Utd - Slim win for Utd (Those wankers should have never beat us at OT - it's payback time!)

Its draws galore this weekend, i do not foresee a high scoring game but Gunners are set to continue with the winning run!
