Sad! No compensation! Now I hope all that dramma did not erode profits since there was nothing (financially) gained from all this. I think the only advantage here is... now the stock looks poised to rush up as it has no dark cloud hanging over it. Interesting market we play here fellows.

I preferred the lawsuits!!! Coz I was confident that KK would have won against KPRL but it seems that MoE has pressured KK into settling with KPRL... I wonder what is going to happen with the KPC dispute...

Going by the reports last week it seems that the matter favors KK so i bet all is not lost.

Huge trades in KK after the announcement that it has settled with KPRL... Remember KK does not have to pay the KShs 600mn KPRL was claiming though it will 'lose' the KShs 4bn that it was claiming from KPRL...
