Congrats germany

hoping time will be more favourable come 2018

Moscow time equals East Africa time so some of the matches will not be that extreme. However the whole of Russia is spread across 9 time zones so depending on where the matches will be held there may be a big variations in times

Agreed... That was not fair to exceptional players in the tournament.

Robben was it for me!

Robben was good but his diving was excessive, must have been the put off.Messi ni kuenjoy watu, he was not the best by a long way.

Manual Neuer made more passes in the World Cup (244) than Lionel Messi (242). That's all there really is to say.

Lets try with the farm, then the tree, before we get to the leaf.

I hope they are not denied the chance, the ideas they have put forward are grand and worth the risk.

Ok Jox aside, Argentinians who watched both still do not think Messi is Maradona's equal. “Messi is St. Peter, but Maradona is God,” said Mariano Capretti, 39, whose family owns a clothing factory in Buenos Aires.

At the 1986 World Cup, Maradona scored or assisted on 10 of Argentina’s 14 goals.

depends on what you base your greatness on, a single world cup would be skewed

Messi didn't do it at this world cup, I doubt things will be any better for him in Russia or Qatar!!!!

Its not just the WC. Maradona took a useless Napoli team and made them Serie A champions and UEFA cup champions and Coppa Itali Champions. Thats Napoli !!!!!!!!
A team famous for yoyoing between Serie A and Serie B

Lets see Messi shine for a team other than Barca then we can start comparisons.

In any case, forget what I say. Listen to what Argentinians say.
